Sana Trade is a non-custodial interface to the Phoenix perpetual markets on Solana. By accessing or using the interface, you agree to these terms.

1. No custody

Sana never takes custody of your assets. All orders are signed by your wallet and settled on-chain by Phoenix.

2. Eligibility

You are responsible for ensuring that trading perpetual contracts is legal in your jurisdiction. The interface is not available in restricted jurisdictions.

3. Risk

Perpetual trading involves substantial risk, including the loss of all collateral. Use leverage responsibly.

4. No warranty

The interface is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Sana is not liable for losses arising from use of the interface, network outages, or on-chain failures.

5. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the interface constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
